TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Quotes: Quotes are good for 30 days. Items impacted by fluctuating tariffs are exempted from this policy. Should pricing increase due to tariff increases, quoted pricing will change. Valcraft will confirm all pricing in writing before an order is put into production, should it be impacted by tariff fluctuations.

Payment: For most projects, payment terms are Net 30, with preferred payment via ACH. For large dollar projects and/or projects where significant postage is incurred on a continual basis, we may request to invoice 50% of the sales order amount (due Net 30) when the project is put into production. The balance will be invoiced Net 30 after the first shipment.

If no credit has been established with Valcraft, pre-payment may be required. To setup credit terms, contact your Client Strategist.

Graphic Design Services: If artwork services are required, our on-staff graphic designer costs $50.00 per half hour. If this service is needed, we will confirm estimated costs in advance, and we will not begin until we have customer approval.

Pantone Colors: Most items include one stock imprint color. To PMS match your specific color, PMS match charges may apply, and are per color match required. Please contact your Account Manager for more information.

Sales Orders: The sales order reflects all information for your order. Please review carefully and confirm the shipping address, item info (including quantity, colors, sizing), artwork info and delivery dates. No credit will be issued for errors on sales orders after approval.

Proofs: On all orders, Valcraft will send a proof of the artwork, showing the imprint, imprint size and imprint color(s). All orders will remain on hold until signed approval is received.

Your order is on hold until proof approval is received. Please email a signed copy indicating approval or revisions to your Account Manager to avoid production delays. Production does not begin until proof approval is received.

Please review proofs carefully for any errors. This includes, but is not limited to:

– Spelling
– Missing type
– Copy
– Logo
– Logo size
– Layout
– Imprint color
– Item description
– Item colors

Credit will not be issued for art errors after approval.

Valcraft proofs do not represent exact product or imprint colors, and colors can vary based on the computer screen you are using. To see exact colors of the product and/or artwork, a pre-production sample can be made for an additional cost. Please contact your Valcraft to discuss a pre-production proof/sample.

Over/Under Runs/Exact Quantities: Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, due to the nature of the printing process, we reserve the right to under or over ship an order by 5% to 10%. If you require an exact quantity, additional charges may apply.

Returns: All sales are final. Products that are not imprinted correctly will be replaced at no charge. All returns require written approval and must be advised within 10 days of original shipment.

Valcraft is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all client-provided data, including mailing lists, student information, and other proprietary details. We do not share, sell, or distribute this data. All data will be used solely for the agreed-upon purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations. If third-party vendors are involved in data processing, they will be required to uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
